Sakuro – sound artist, live act, performance artist, multi dimensional space creator, composer, dj.

I experience movement as the key to aliveness, to flow, to passion. That’s why movement could be called the heart of my art. And there are lots of things that can be moved: thoughts, emotions, parts of the body, items, etc. All of those move and are moved by my art.

In terms of sound objects you can find field recordings, live played handpan, percussion, wavetable synthesizer and trombone, as well as recursion-effect based sounds and vocal samples in my musical sculptures.

I could also say I want to touch people. Because when people are touched by something that basically means they are reminded of their own vivid and ecstatic being or essence on this beautiful planet.

So let’s move. Because Movement is the Prayer.
